Answers to the most commonly asked Questions:

1) How do I get there?

A: To Mapquest for directions - please use this address: 15670 W. County Rd B,

Hayward, WI 54843, WI. For driving direction we are located on one-fourth mile east from the intersection of Hwy 27 S and Hwy B. here in Hayward

2) Do you have a shuttle?

A: NO- though the Hayward KOA Campground does provide one from their campground to our event daily

3) Where do I park ?

A: Parking is all around the event for a fee -which helps various fundraising organizations in town. Our lot is directly across from Lumberjack Bowl

(where Antler Creations is on Hwy B) there will be a sign saying Official Lumberjack Parking and that takes them behind that building. *Note we own that lot and we have a youth group work it as a fundraiser). You could park an RV or Camper there.

4) What time are your shows?

A: Our shows start at 6pm on both Friday (the 23rd) and Saturday (24th) and it starts at 1 pm on Sunday the 25th.

5) When do the grounds open? Are there things to do before the show?

A: Yes, the grounds open daily at 9 am- there are some preliminary events happening behind the scenes before the show. On Friday and Saturday morning you can view the Amateur Logrolling (enter via the Pancake House side) from 8:30-12:00 on Friday and Saturday with no admission required to do so. We also recommend that you come in a few hours early to have your lunch or dinner with us and see the interactive displays and attraction on the grounds. You can come and go with the wristband that you will receive each day of the event.

6). What events do I see each day?

A: This event is much like the Olympics. You see EVERY event daily it is just that the individuals with the best time move forward daily. So Friday is the Quarterfinals, Saturday the Semifinals and Sunday the Finals with the top 4 < competitors competing.

7) When can I see the schedule of events?

A: Since this is a live performance the order of each event will be determined at a later date depending upon set up time, number of competitors, and other factors that the Show Operations committee will decide about 2 weeks prior to the show. Again, Every event is seen everyday.

8) How long is the show?

A: approximately 2 and a half hours long

9) What is the difference between Reserved and General Admission?

A: It is just as the name implies. Reserved will get you a designated section, row and seat so you can get up and leave and return to your seat. Whereas General Admission is just that - it gets you onto the grounds and you have a section but you must find your own seats- first come/first served. Plus Reserved overlooks the main chopping dock and you get the best view of all events from that area.

10) Can I bring my dog?

A: No- there no accommodations available and our insurance prohibits them. We have bleacher seating so there is no place for animals. Only assistant dogs such as dogs for blind, etc. are allowed.

A: No- no outside food or beverage allowed. Food and drink are available on the grounds.
